Frozen, waiting for the heat,
Beating heart guards souvenirs.
Simple-minded addictions,
A judge waiting for conviction.
Through the looking glass,
Passing through, looking,
In the mirror reflected
On the surface of the water.
Giant walls but thin —
One knock and they break.
Certain mysteries abound,
A mountain of sound.
Attentive stranger
Walks in,
Awake in danger,
Walks out.
Wanting is nothing,
Doing is everything.
Everything is wanting,
Nothing is doing.
Something has to give
To be able to receive.
